Q: Do I need to make a reservation to receive service?
A: You do not have to make an advance reservation to receive service, however we highly recommend it.

Q: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A: We would prefer at least an eight hour notice but depending on circumstances we can accommodate requests in as little as thirty minutes.

Q: Can I call your office and make a reservation?
A: Protecting your information is very important to us. In order to keep your information secure our operators will be happy to take credit or debit card information over the phone.

Q: How can I pay?
A: If you are making an online reservation you may pay with any Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. You may use cash but a card number will need to be giving to hold reservation.

Q: Are pets allowed in the vehicles?
A: No, because other passengers may be allergic or have objections with live animals in the vehicle. Service animals for impaired passengers are certainly welcome.

Q: If I cancel my trip can I get a refund?
A: Please refer to our standard rental agreement. After the scheduled departure time our agents do not have the ability to issue credits.
